Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $875K in Encinitas, CA.
Gena is the best! She is smart and knows real estate. She is the total package. I used Gena to find a home in the highly competitive market of San Diego. Initially, I had a very large area that I was interested in as I was new to the area. She patiently worked with me and showed me multiple properties in multiple areas until my husband and I knew exactly where we wanted to live. She then helped us to make a competitive bid and secure the property. Buying a house is a big process and Gena was there every step of the way. Gena is an outstanding professional realtor and a great person. I recommend her unconditionally.

Had a very difficult time finding a home in 2013. Gena was very aggressive and got me in a house with multiple offers. The home had a leak while in escrow and Gena made sure it was fixed properly and all contractors were paid before closing. Great experience.

I love Gena!! She sold my home quickly for a great price in a very slow market,
She also found my perfect new home. She is always positive and handles
all issues that come up. She is totally accessible with a great sense of humor and
business knowledge. I couldn't have done this without her.

I have had two experiences with Gena Hatch and would highly recommend her in any real estate dealings. She made both of my experiences as stress free as possible by keeping me well informed but not overwhelming me with unnecessary details. Gena was approachable, responsive and always had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her!
Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $350K in North Andover, MA.
Gena sold our home for us. I staged it myself and she found a stager who was willing to provide a critique. Our home went under contract quickly but when the buyer backed out Gena had another buyer that same day!! The sale had a a couple of glitches, but Gena was there at every turn. She returned my calls immediately and kept me informed. After the sale the new owner had issues and Gena handled them quickly. I felT Gena was there for us at all times. She is honest, helpful, professional, very well informed, capable and diligent. Gena is that rare agent who really is the best there is.

Gena Hatch was our real estate professional in Massachusetts where we were selling our townhouse, and moving to Florida. Right from the the beginning we knew we made the right choice in a realtor. From making subtle suggestions, and changes to our existing furnishings, providing snacks for an open house, working with our schedules, arranging last minute trash to be picked up, and even helping with our dogs if a short term showing popped up! Gena was very knowledgeable in all areas, and walked us through the negotiation process always looking out for our best interest. As my husband had already moved to Florida, I depended on Gena to maintain a calm atmosphere which she did 24 hours a day. Though moving can be stressful, Gena was there every step of the way. Gena also recommended a realtor for us in Florida making our entire process complete! We recommend Gena with pleasure!

As president of my homeowner's association in MA, I worked with Gena for several years. She sold several homes in our complex, and was the rental agent for others. I could always count on her to keep the Association informed. I saw her put together some financing deals that I didn't think were possible. I watched her garden and clean to get a unit ready for sale. She was always available to her customers and they all spoke very highly of her. I didn't rate her local knowledge because I'm not from California, but she sure knew her way around Northeastern MA. I recommend her whole-heartedly. I worked with her for several years, ending in 2011.
