Larry, goodness sakes...you said, "you weren't easy to deal with," I think you are...we had some great time looking at investment property and eating our way around. I always enjoyed our time together and can't wait for the next time you and Helen are in the market for another duplex. I'm READY!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Sacramento, CA.
I work in a large company and with my job I do fraud, so I do a lot of investigation. I was extremely careful on who I would choose to do a short sale on my home. I wanted it done right. I had heard so many horror stories about agents. I heard about the things that went wrong. How they had wish that they had done their research. I looked at so many agents; Gena Riede always was at the top. She knew her job well. She had been in the business for many years. I looked at some of the clients she had. I only heard positive things, nothing ever was negative.
I am not an easy person to be convinced. I was going to question her about many things. I gave her a call, I asked her questions. I decided to make an appointment with her. She came to my house, her knowledge was amazing. She is eager to get started. She definitely knew her job. After speaking to her, I knew she would do things quick, accurate, and she would be dependable. I wanted to be involved in everything. She put my house on the market, the response was amazing. I had 10 offers in 2 days. Gena did exactly what I wanted. She always kept me in the loop on everything, she emailed me, text me. She always got back to me. In 4 days Gena and I went over all the offers.
I had been in the house for 26 years, it was important to me who would be living in the home that I loved so much. I selected a wonderful couple. Because of Gena Riede she made the most difficult thing I had to go through very smooth and easy. I am so very lucky that I found Gena. I highly recommend her. I've done the background check for you. She is definitely at the top. If you’re looking to sale or buy a home, Gena is the one you need to contact. She is the best.

Gena is not just a good real estate agent. She has a relationship with you that is personal! We were able to submit an offer that swayed the owner to pick me (competitive market) but didn't sell me down the river. Gena has also answered homeowner type questions for me after the fact, as well. Her professionalism extends to the people she uses to complete the sale (mortgage brokers, inspectors). Let me just conclude with the following: When I want a great cup of coffee I look for Pete's or Starbucks, when I want a really great hamburger, I go to the Squeeze Inn Burger Joint in Sacramento (ask Gena), and when I need a truly professional Real Estate Broker I demand the same high quality, and that would be Gena Riede.
