I work in a large company and with my job I do fraud, so I do a lot of investigation. I was extremely careful on who I would choose to do a short sale on my home. I wanted it done right. I had heard so many horror stories about agents. I heard about the things that went wrong. How they had wish that they had done their research. I looked at so many agents; Gena Riede always was at the top. She knew her job well. She had been in the business for many years. I looked at some of the clients she had. I only heard positive things, nothing ever was negative.

I am not an easy person to be convinced. I was going to question her about many things. I gave her a call, I asked her questions. I decided to make an appointment with her. She came to my house, her knowledge was amazing. She is eager to get started. She definitely knew her job. After speaking to her, I knew she would do things quick, accurate, and she would be dependable. I wanted to be involved in everything. She put my house on the market, the response was amazing. I had 10 offers in 2 days. Gena did exactly what I wanted. She always kept me in the loop on everything, she emailed me, text me. She always got back to me. In 4 days Gena and I went over all the offers.

I had been in the house for 26 years, it was important to me who would be living in the home that I loved so much. I selected a wonderful couple. Because of Gena Riede she made the most difficult thing I had to go through very smooth and easy. I am so very lucky that I found Gena. I highly recommend her. I've done the background check for you. She is definitely at the top. If you’re looking to sale or buy a home, Gena is the one you need to contact. She is the best.

Gena is one of the real estate agent that I would highly recommend to those home buyers. She is very knowledgeable in the field. She answered all our questions that we came up with. Whenever we were interested on a house for showing, she scheduled the appointment almost the same day or the next day. That is a huge plus for this tough market. She also replied all my emails in a very short time frame. I knew a lot of agents give up on their clients after a lot of declined offers but Gena didn't. She wrote more than 10+ offers and she still didn't give up on us. On the other hand she encourage us to keep looking and she promise she will fine us a house.
