Being a real estate agent is less about "sales" and far more about customer service. I treat my customers exactly how I want to be treated when I'm the customer. I expect professional and timely service and that's exactly what I offer. While the formula is relatively simple, it takes a lot of dedication to be an excellent agent, and that's exactly why I've been so successful. Each customer is treated exactly the same, no matter whether their renting a home for a month or purchasing a $10M home.
