CNHS - is recognized as Real Estate's #1 certification representing professionalism in working with Builders & New Home Buyers.

GRI - Graduate, REALTORS® Institute, a NAR designation awarded at state association level. The GRI designation acknowledges REALTORS® who have completed a comprehensive education program that provides practical real estate training. This program is above and beyond the education required to earn a real estate license.

On A Personal Note… Geni is a national inspirational and motivational speaker, a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader (experienced Super Bowl, movie making, world traveling), has been a special guest on radio & TV talk shows as well as co-hosted two local TV shows, was the past chairman of Christian Business and Professional Women of America, and has served in many other leadership positions. In her spare time Geni enjoys playing tennis, golf, fishing, boating, horse backriding, participating in church activities and many charitiable organizations.
