Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Petworth, Washington, DC.
George is truly an amazing realtor. I appreciated his proactive style as well as his communication skills. He treated me as if I was his only client. He knows the dc market and can advise based on this knowledge. I can strongly recommend George based on my experience in selling my property.

George Klimes is an excellent realtor. He is responsive, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and has great communication skills. I've heard a lot of comments from friends about their bad experiences - Georges' professionalism and competence made this difficult time much easier.
