Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Royal Oak, MI.

Summary:

George knows his stuff and worked his magic in a very short time (before the sheriff sale was to happen). He was able to get an offer in 4 days which delayed the sheriff sale (a few times). This gave enough time for the banks to approve and process the offer for my short sale. Long story short: George listed and closed my short sale in less than 3 months! And he negotiated a no deficiency deal! Thanks George!

Sold a home in 2011.

Summary:

we have put the house for sale, due to the IRS lien on the house,we've lost the buyer but George was able to get him back and postpone the closing asking several extensions from the bank till the IRS lien removal was approved. George had encouraged me to contact the IRS for lien removal and finally we were able to get the IRS lien released without an attorney. In the end George negotiated and Bank of America has accepted the short sale and I walked away debt free from your 2 mortgages

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200k in Novi, MI.

Summary:

I was ready to let my home go to foreclosure after four attempts at dealing with the bank to work out a loan modification. Finally I decided that I was wasting way too much time on a house that was upside down in value, and I called George. He was very understanding and respectful of my situation and did not pressure me at all to list the house for short sale. I thought at first that once it was listed I would be treated similarly to how the bank had dealt with me, but that wasn't the case at all. He helped me and my three children make the best of an impossible situation, and with his expertise was able to negotiate with the bank to get a HAFA short sale and three thousand dollars in my pocket to help with relocation expenses. I talked to several other realtors, but none of them had the expertise to do what he did. Nothing and no one can make this an easy thing to go through, but George is the one to take the pressure off and be respectful of what you are going through. Call him.

Summary:

I really consider myself lucky that I met George who helped me with my short sale and also made everything so smooth and seamless. He took care of everything and even dealt with bankers and made sure until last minute that the contract and everything is else is good so that it won't haunt me later. He is great with communication, knowledge, and advice. I lost my job and was going thru real tough times and George came to my rescue. George received an offer quickly and successfully negotiated a short sale approval with both mortgages and I walked away debt free from my mortgages. I highly recommend him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in Dearborn, MI.

Summary:

George has helped me and my husband with several real estate deals (buying/selling our primary home, buying some rental properties through short sales, etc) and I can't recommend him highly enough. George is extremely knowledgeable about the short sale / foreclosure processes, he is extremely tenacious (he called our banks daily for updates to speed up the shortsale approval process), and very responsive to our needs and questions. I referred my friend to him who was very upside down on her home mortgage and he sold her house -- and got a shortsale approved -- so that she was able to walk away from that home and get into a better place for a lot less money! I guarantee you will be happy with George!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175k in Canton, MI.

Summary:

"I've chose George to help me with the short sale on my home because I've found him on the internet and seemed to be very knowledgeable of the short sale process. He communicated very well indicated the short sale process steps , kept me updated on the short progress. Initially I was discouraged because the bank did not want to give me a No deficiency judgment short sale approval. We lost the 1st buyer. George encouraged me and gave me guidance on when to get involved with the bank and bank's investor to understand my situation and how to follow up, who to talk at the bank, what to say. Through his unique marketing " We'll Buy Your Home So You Can Buy This One" George has generated a new buyer and in the end by following his advice and after George negotiated a lower price with the bank, the bank agreed to do the short sale with No deficiency judgment. I walked away debt free. I am happy to Start Fresh, No negative Equity to Worry about anymore. M. A. Canton, MI
