Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $925K in San Carlos, CA.
My wife and I found George on the recommendation of a mutual friend - Dave Tyler, of Purpose Funding, who is a fantastic loan broker. We listed our house with George and he sold it for a fair price in a difficult market. It took a little while, but George cautioned patience and saw to our success. We also used George to help us find a new home and that is where things REALLY got interesting. We fell in love with a short sale home that was about to be foreclosed upon. The entire process of acquiring that home took months, with George able to leverage his influence as an owner of 3 REMAX offices to access the Sr. VP of the lien holder bank's Bay area offices. Thanks to George's influence and lots of hard work on everybody's part, we were able to close at the last minute and are now enjoying a terrific new home. Many Thanks to George, his staff, and Dave for outstanding service. George, you ROCK!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1.4M in San Carlos, CA.
George met with my wife, and I. He gave us an evaluation of what he felt the house was worth. He told us that pricing the house correctly is the key to selling it. We agreed with what George presented, and agreed to have him be our agent.
The house sold very quickly. He kept us informed all the way through the process.
We were very happy with George's services, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home

Absolute top notch experience with George. He was thoughtful in his advice, smart about pricing, creative with marketing, and easy to work with. I would use him again for my next sale/purchase without hesitation. He is an excellent agent/broker.
