When George helped us purchase our house, we were super impressed with his knowledge of the Bay Area market including the super-elusive TIC (although we ended up going the condo route). He was always available to us, so much so that I wondered if he slept. And I always felt like we were his only client. Never rushed into making a decision. Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $775K in Noe Valley, San Francisco, CA.
I am new to San Francisco. I worked with George and Jennifer Kaufman as a team. George and Jennifer helped narrow down what neighborhoods I would like to look in, drove me around the neighborhoods, and went to many open houses with me to get a feel for what I liked. This is was over and above what I would have expected from any agent, especially since my price range was relatively low for the city. It was a very competitive market, but George and Jennifer helped me through the process. I had owned in another part of the country where offers were made differently, George and Jennifer were willing to write offers that were uncommon here and try new ideas to get me into a place for less. George was referred to me by a friend that used him to sell and purchase a home in Noe Valley.
