Summary:

I emailed Clay to ask if he would be able to work with our unusual and tricky investment property situation. He called me about two minutes after I emailed, and he spent time talking with me about our situation. He said he thought that the offers we had already gotten through our current lenders were good ones, and he suggested we work with them.
