Being first time home buyers, we had thousands of questions literally and Peter and Taryn were patient in answering each one of them in detail. Talk about prompt service and prompt responses to your emails/phone calls, there is no beat to the level of service provided by Peter and Taryn, they are simply outstanding! It started with Taryn creating a customized search that matched our criteria and emailing the listings daily using an automated email. Along with the listings that showed up in the search and some of the homes we liked, we used to present them with a list to tour home/homes, they would be ready within an hour or two to visit those homes depending on whether the home was vacant/occupied, they scheduled home visits according to our convenience, we toured homes even over the weekend, which was perfect and I used to prefer weekends because of my hectic work schedule during weekdays. Every single time, they were happy to show us homes we shortlisted with same enthusiasm and smile on the face which is what you would expect from your buyer agent. They are very knowledgeable and would help us understand the positives and negatives about the home/neighborhood. Also, the best part was they never pressured us or rushed us. To provide you an example, we were under contract on a home we liked, inspection also showed no major expenses and we were about to buy it when I had a discussion with Peter regarding the backyard and front yard being soggy three times we visited the home. Peter immediately got on the case, spoke to water department, mentioned the problem, he was even ready to hire a contractor to get that checked if water department did not come with right answers, within two days he discovered after talking to water department officials and driving around the home and neighborhood couple of times that indeed the back yard was always soggy and the suspected root cause of the problem was an underground spring. With only 2 days left on the inspection due diligence period, Peter rightfully steered us away from that home, what a thorough professional! I was so impressed and thankful that he saved me from getting into trouble on my first home. That instance, we knew we have the PERFECT buyer’s agent- honest, knowledgeable, hardworking and working in best of client’s interest. Our search for our dream home continued and finally after few weeks of search, we found the perfect home we loved, Peter and Taryn made the whole home buying process a breeze and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is in the market to buy a home, look no further and call them, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

my agent is the best! Peter was with us every step of the way. always available on the phone, took extra care to market our home and give us ample notice of showings. It wasn't 10 days on market before we had offers over list price. he guided us through the whole process and answered every question we had (we had a lot of them).
