    Dale is great with helping buyers with their financing! If you have had a short sale or bk - call Dale and ask about Starboard Financial's Second Chance program! Having a short sale or BK does not have to be the end of homeownership for you!

    I have been a loan officer/broker/banker since 1996 and have a lot of experience helping home buyers and home sellers get qualified for mortgages. Lending is pretty simple - you qualify or you don't. If you don't there are steps you can take to get yourself into a position to qualify.

    I have also helped a lot real estate agents sell more houses and reach more people with the technology services that I have. WordPress websites and an indexable IDX built for WordPress (yes I own it). Right now we are active in Arizona with our IDX but are making the jump to Philadelphia, Virginia and Washington DC.
