I chose Mel to help me buy some land based on his previous 24 reviews, which were 100% five-star. What a great decision! Mel deserves every one of those stars. His skills in every area are phenomenal, plus he's an extremely nice person. My wife liked him instantly, even meeting for the first time over the phone. His knowledge of Santa Rosa's planning & permit process (and planners!) is a very valuable bonus. Everything he does is based on win-win for everybody involved. When he doesn't have knowledge in a specific area, he says so; he doesn't lead anyone on about anything. His ethical standards are top-notch. If this were a job interview and someone asked me what his greatest weakness is, I'd be at a loss for words. I don't think he has one.

My wife and I recently relocated to Santa Rosa in conjunction with a job change. We had limited time to research the market in person and visit properties. When we met in Santa Rosa he had appointments lined up for homes in advance to maximize our time. The process was very quick and once we got under contract Mel took it from there. Within just a few hours of our first contact (an online request for additional photos of a home found on Zillow so we'd know if making the 450-mile trip north would be worth our while), through a home tour the following day, and from there all the way to offer and acceptance, Mel provided consistently high-quality advisement based on years of sales experience, a sound knowledge of the local market and personal experience with quality inspectors and the seller's realtor.
