Gina is a business woman with concrete experience in Real Estate and values your time. She also values her own time and prioritizes healthy living with folks who want a quality of life and quality service. She is familiar with all facets of real estate from development to residential, commercial to recreation and waterfront. Her specialty is waterfront and ranch land; however she has never been one to limit herself or her consumer to one area of real estate. She is established and rooted in the Missoula community as well as versed in the Northwest Region of Montana. Gina currently serves as State Director for the Montana Association of REALTORS, sits on several committees and has multiple designations that serve the consumer.

Gina pays attention to you and looks out for potential roadblocks when dealing with real estate transactions. She is also very involved with the rest of the players in your transaction to insure communication through to closing. As much as it is your job to choose a Real Estate Professional that suits your needs, she feels it is her job to procure your teamwork in the process to ensure you are satisfied and will not make decisions on your behalf without your prior consent. Each client and partner is handled unique and custom to the needs and situation. All of her relationships are unique and just like her friends, she hopes to have you as a customer for life...a friend for life.

So besides real estate what's Gina's story?

She is an avid athlete, academic, outdoors person with a passion for music and art.  Hmmm? She spends time in the Flagship program teaching children and adolescents martial arts. Her artistic side gets exercised when she builds the Hospice Ball every year so that 1300 attendees can enjoy an evening of elegance and contribution to the Hospice Care Foundation Fundraiser. Her other current involvements include: Symphony Chorale, Treasure State Chorale, W.E. Productions Board Member & Entertainer, Business Partner/Owner Retail Montana, Broker/Owner Montana Dream Properties, Special Olympics Volunteer, Food Bank Volunteer, and a few miscellaneous community support roles. Some of the most rewarding experiences is working with the young folks of the community. She just can't get enough of the kids in the state -- often times confused for one of them herself. Her clients often become lifelong friends who by osmosis become involved with some of these wonderful life experiences (PLEASE DON'T BE AFRAID--THIS IS ONLY A WARNING).  Gina is a graduate from the University of Montana, and former Miss Montana World. She has traveled the states and over seas in some instances to give seminars on dressing for success, wardrobe psychology, fitness and runway modeling, and grooming.  She was involved in a European performance and study abroad group where she continues with those relationships still trying to perfect her German language--needs a lot of work!
