we did offer under asking price but were told we were in the appraisal zone with a good offer .we made a cash, as is offer.

I want to buy a home, I hired a relator, the listing agent got mad about it and says my offer was rejected, no counter, not being held as back up offer,  I know what shes doing is illegal,and I do plan to follow up with LLR. but, I really want this home, I dont know who the conservator is, for some reason they hired this listing agent, could be friends for all I know .Is there a way around this crap to buy the house?

Your offer is in a secondary position due to the fact that the conservator has accepted the other offer. I want to know what exactly does this mean, is every offer secondary to the accepted offer or am I next if the accepted offer falls through? Do I need anything in writing?

the listing agent has gave us a run from the start, it started when we hired our own relator. she claims to have 2 other offers but we cant be sure,she snubbed our 1st offer when she saw the names on it, I know that sounds like school children but its what we are up against.so we raised our offer by 30.000 more, we have not gotten any counter offer or anything back from seller as we requested, we just dont know what to do now,  Im afraid they might accept another offer without giving us a chance to raise ours again. without hearing from seller we feel as if we are in a bidding war against ourselves.

Is there a way to find out how much to raise your offer on a home without bidding against yourself? I have a relator but selling relator cannot disclose.I dont want to jump higher than I have to with my offer but I dont want to lose the home..  thanks.
