Showed home in 2011 in Wildwood, Wading River, NY 11792.
My husband and I were seeking our first home and I reached out to Gina to show us some properties. The properties we were shown weren't exactly parallel to what we had expressed we'd be interested in. After explaining this to her, we were shown one home that we were potentially quite serious about and wanted to make an offer after coming to the decision days after seeing it. I had e-mailed and called Gina several times to follow-up, but received no response. I don't believe my husband and I truly got the respect we deserved because we were seemingly a young couple in our mid-twenties that probably wouldn't get a mortgage. Little did she know that we were cash buyers and took our business elsewhere to Stephanie Hindman. I'm sorry I didn't have the experience that everyone that reviewed did and I truly wish her the best in future sales.

Sold a home in 2009.
We had the pleasure of working with Gina when we sold our home in Shoreham. She was very clear in explaining the process and what we should expect while selling a house. She was very knowledgeable and professional through the whole process; from first listing the house, to negotiating offers, straight through closing. Her experience was always evident and made selling our home easy. I would highly recommend Gina whether buying or selling a home and plan to work with her again in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Coram, NY.
Gina was a great realtor to have on our side. As first time buyers we didn't really know what to expect, but Gina guided us through each step and after following her advice and with her help, we got a gorgeous house for a great price.
She helped us learn the process of buying a house, gave us great information about each house we looked at, was flexible with scheduling, responded quickly, always had answers to our questions, and fought hard for what we wanted.
I highly recommend Gina Bettenhauser whether you're buying or selling. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Sold a home in 2011.
The absolute best Agent you could ask for. She is there anytime you need her, and will go to extreme lengths to help you find your new home. She doesn't even charge extra for the emotional support! Not only did she sell my home in 2 Weeks, but, I gained a wonderful friend out of all of this. If you are looking for an Agent, who will be honest and up-front with you at all times, and who will work so hard for you so that you are truly happy in the end, then I would suggest you contact her.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Shoreham, NY.
Would never use anyone else. Her professionalism and knowledge of the area are excellent. She is always quick to respond as well as is there to guide you through the entire buying/selling process. I have used Gina for both buying and selling for over 10 yrs on my personal residences... Would never go anywhere else!!
