Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Fort Washington, MD.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Columbia, MD.
Gina is a visionary who used her creative insight to update our little 1985 colonial in Columbia, MD to a new, wonderful level. It turns out that we didn't need to sell right away, but we did get an offer before we took it off the market.
