Ginger was wonderful to work with throughout the (overwhelming!) home buying process. She was so helpful from the early stages of viewings, to the home inspection, to negotiating an offer. I was so glad to have her guidance and dedication in finding my perfect first home.

Sold a Multi Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Haverhill, MA.
My experience with Ginger Gendron of Prudential Consoli has been outstanding. She communicates with her clients on a regular basis and is able to answer any and all questions about your real estate issues. I had many questions about my particular case and she was always helpful and accommodating to my needs. She has many connections in the area ...in fact my property sold in just a couple of days! I would highly recommend her to any person needing a cracker jack broker!

Ginger is very professional and knows how to keep her clients satisfied, by meeting their needs and wants. She is very responsive and always gets back to you within a timely manner. She is very knowledge of the entire process and explains it clearly in simple and straight forward terms.
She is patient and doesn’t rush her clients to make decisions. At showings she lets her clients take their time in every showing. She is also very outgoing and friendly and thus it makes her clients feel comfortable and able to work with her until they find the right house.

Showed home in 2012.
Ginger showed me over a half dozen properties over the course of 6 weeks. I was very impressed with her attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail. She always responded quickly and was great at negotiating with the banks. I highly recommend Ginger look forward to working with her again in the future when I am looking for my next house.

Bought a home in 2011.
On both a personal and professional level, Ginger is a 'gem' to work with. She has the unique capacity to deal with people of all natures; thereby, giving her the ability to handle varying, what could potentially be troubling breaking-down of deal type situations in a tactful, conciliatory manner. Not to mention her unruffled behavior in doing so. She possesses one of the, what should be, prerequisites for her line of work: an excellent sense of humor. In answer to your question as to whether I would recommend Ginger: I would AND I DO!

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 in Plaistow, NH.
Ginger has been helping our family over the past several months look for a home for our parents that are soon to retire to the area. Her experience is shown with her knowledge of the process, areas, home prices, etc. But beyond that she is patient and caring and has been very flexible on times to see homes - always making us feel like we are her only clients even though I know she is very busy and in demand while never making us feel rushed or overwhelmed.

Showed home in 2012 in Bradford, Haverhill, MA 01835.
To whom it may concern,
I own a single family home in the Bradford area, and am "thinking" of selling and purchasing a condo for myself. Ginger has been so kind in helping me. She has suggested locations for me to drive by, and has given me great suggestions on fixing up my house to sell. Her enthusiasm has been great, her energy and positive attitude keep me from getting discouraged. Again, I am just "thinking" of selling.
