Showed home in 2011 in Youngsdale, IL 60124.
Have not bought a house yet, but he's been working with us for the last 5 months. He's been amazing, almost consider him family at this point. He's been working around our schedule to show us houses. Can't say enough great things about him.

Gino Metallo without a doubt went above and beyond typical relator dudiligence. His hard work in finding my family an affordable and functional place to live helped us through a very difficult time. Gino started out as our relator and ended up becoming a friend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Elgin, IL.
This was the first house we bought. Gino went above and beyond with everything. He took the time to show us properties two or three. Anytime we needed anything he was only a phone call away. He was so easy to get a hold of and I really appreciated that. With this being the first house we bought we had a lot of questions he was very informative and he made it as easy as it could be. In all, we love our house and Gino was wonderful. I have and would highly recommend him.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $50K in Elgin, IL.
Gino Metallo is wonderful to work with and know. Gino would go out of his way to answer and explain any questions or concerns that I had and I had many since I was purchasing a condo as an investment property for my son. I admire Gino’s persistence, there were a lot of obstacles along the way, but Gino persisted and came thru for us. I could never thank him enough! One of the many qualities I admired most about Gino was his quick response to all my phone calls, if it was important to me , it was important to Gino. I consider myself very lucky & grateful to have had Gino’s assistance with my purchase. I will definitely recommend Gino Metallo to anyone that I know that is selling or buying a home, he is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate.

He is fantastic! Very personable, reliable and professional I was referred to him now I want to refer e eryone to him! He is very ethical and genuine. What a nice guy!
