Sold a home in 2012.
I am very impressed with the way Giovanni Freitas helped me to find a home in Doral. I have been lost looking around everywhere and so many sites where homes were not really for sale and the ones I like always seemed to be sold already. I was very frustrated too with so many realtors who never called me back or took days to do it. Giovanni called me back promptly and he showed me in a few minutes he really knew the area which was Doral in my case and he took time to really listen to what my needs were and right away sent me a list of true real available homes for sale in doral which finally I could see. His years of experience and extreme local knowledge in Doral was the key to finding the right property in the right time. like he said it is all about timing and to be ready for when the right house comes along. He found not only one but different options and gave me his opinion and a specialized information about the community, stats, type and model of the homes so I was quite pleased and educated enough to make the best decision based on all the facts I received from a specialized realtor in Doral. Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Doral, FL.
Giovanni is a very professional, knowledgeable and honest Realtor. He listed and sold our home in less than 30 days for 99% of the asking price. He gave us great advice on what to do and not to do in order to achive the best price possible. His negotiation skills, network with other top agents in the area made it easier to market our property it seems that everybody in Doral knows Giovanni Freitas and have a great business relationship with him which was crutial when marketing our property. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $450K in Doral, FL.
Gio has been a great help with us purchasing and selling our property for us. We moved to Miami in 2010 and he was able to find us a home we loved and helped us in our closing and transition through out. Gio is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate and the Miami market, he answered any question we had and we were never left out! He kept us up to date with everything throughout our closing. In late of 2010 we had to move back to NY and Gio sold our property very quickly and efficiently! We were even able to make some money on our sale in such short time of ownership!
