Shannon, Glen, Camille, and Natalie were my dream team! They truly helped me during my short sale process. I was not knowledgeable about short sales at all and they helped guide me through the process and explained each and every step. They answered all my emails and questions right away. Shannon even made appointments with me when it was convenient for my schedule. The staff at Silvercrest Realty were all very professional and I am grateful I worked with them to sell my condo. I couldn't have asked for a better team! They will make you feel very comfortable and they were very understanding to my needs. Shannon kept telling me not to worry and I truly believed her. I would recommend this company to anyone looking into short selling their home. They were amazing!!!

Thank you so much for short selling our property. It was a hard decision for us to leave our home of 7 years but your team made the transition the best we could experience. From the initial call to the close of escrow, everyone at Silvercrest Realty – Glen, Shannon, Camille, Natalie, Jacqueline and Derek were exceptionally professional and sincerely cared about our situation.
The housing market slump coupled with unexpected expenses prompted us to apply 3 times for loan modification only to be turned down repeatedly and seriously affecting our financial stability. That left us with no alternative other than to short sell our house. The process was long and required a lot of documentation but the outstanding staff of Silvercrest Realty was there all the way on our behalf and alleviated all our concerns. We are now on a recovery path and hoping to once again live the American dream of owning a home.

I could not be happier with the service, and more importantly the "results", provided by Glen, his business partner Shannon Keatley and the entire staff at the Silvercrest Realty Group! They developed a comprehensive Game Plan at our initial meeting and then executed it. Glen and Shannon made the Short Sale process as simple and hassle-free as is human possible. The fact that they handled ALL of the communication and negotiation with the lender was such a welcome relief.

My Short Sale is finally over! It is such a great feeling and I could not have done it without Silvercrest Realty. Glen and Shannon are knowledgable, 100% professional and great at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering short selling! It’s not an easy decision or process, but working with Silvercrest Realty took the burden off of me. this was the best experience i could ever imagine! i short sold my condo, and was extremely nervous about the whole thing leading up to my first sit down with Silvercrest reality. they talked me through the whole process and showed they actually cared and just didnt want my business. it was so smooth and fast. i was kept in the loop the whole time during the short sell. i recommend them for any realty service you might need. or even a simple question you need answered. once again thank you Shannon Keatley, and the whole Silvercreast realty group!

I don't usually take the time to post online reviews, but for something as important as the decision to move forward with a short sale I feel obligated to make sure people are aware that the expertise and guidance you need for this process is available at SILVERCREST REALTY.
If you're considering a short sale or have made the difficult decision to move forward with a short sale I highly recommend that you contact Shannon and Glen. Do your research on other companies if you feel the need to, but then call Shannon and Glen.
With no hope of our property recovering its 2007 value anytime in the foreseeable future, finding ourselves in the position of needing to relocate, and unable to find tenants willing to rent the property at the rate we needed, a short sale appeared to be the most feasible option. Having never been through the short sale process, I felt a sense of pursuing a course with major financial implications that I understood little about. Searching online I stumbled upon the many positive reviews for Silvercrest and decided to give them a try.
Fast forward 6 months, my short sale has closed, I'm free and clear of the underwater property, and I haven't spent a dime in the process.
Turns out that phone call to Silvercrest was the best decision relating to our property that I could have made. When I made the call I spoke with Shannon, who was friendly, positive, professional, reassuring, and extremely informative. It was clear she knew the short sale process inside and out, backwards and forwards, and could tell me exactly what to expect through every stage of the process, and assured me of a successful outcome. Everything she said turned out to be true, and the process could not have been more smooth and painless. I primarily worked with Shannon, but had extensive contact with Glen and Natalie, and regardless of who I worked with the communication was personable and effortless, and the exchanges of information efficient.
Keep in mind, I never had the good fortune of meeting with the staff of Silvercrest face-to-face. After putting the property on the market to rent I had to relocate, and only several months later decided to pursue a short sale. My first call to Shannon was from the East Coast, and every step of the short sale process was conducted over the phone, via email, or snail mail (for the more important signatures). I can honestly say that I could not have felt more informed and up to date on the progress of our short sale if I had been visiting Silvercrest's office every week.
To summarize, I called Silvercrest about a short sale in late March 2012, and we closed on a short sale by early October 2012. Thanks to Shannon and Glen's knowledge and experience, I've been able to move on with life instead of continuing to struggle under the burden of an underwater mortgage, and the new found freedom did not cost me any money out of pocket.

My husband and I worked with Shannon and Glen on our short sale. I am pleased to say that it was actually a very pleasant and reasonably easy experience. Going into doing the short sale - I thought it would be a lot harder and more frustrating..... but then we met Shannon, and she made everything so smooth and effortless. She would email us ALL of the items we would need to read and sign, and give us complete lists of everything we needed to bring to our appointments - That made it so easy!
She was very compassionate with us and showed lots of understanding and support. Which was great since it was not an easy decision for us to do the short sale.
Our place had several offers in the first couple of days of being on the market and escrow closed about 4 months later. So much easier and faster then we thought it would be. Shannon worked hard with the bank trying to get them to agree to everything we were asking for! I am still very pleased with the amount of time and effort she put into this whole thing for us.
I think one of the things I most appreciated was how easy it was to get a hold of them. Almost every single time we called, they answered and took the time to talk to us and go through all our questions and concerns. And the rare occasion we get a voice mail, they would always get back to us that same day!
I highly recommend them if you are planning a short sale!

The team at SilverCrest Realty are the BEST! We had spent 2 years battling our bank over our house. Once Glen and Shannon took over, the battle was won! They handled everything with our home with great respect & efficiency. Their immediate responses when our house fell out of escrow saved us from foreclosure. To sum up and describe my experience regarding the recent short sale of my home by Glen, Shannon, and Jacqueline (Silver Crest Realty) are: professionalism, subject matter experts, and persistent with the banks. In my opinion, one of the greatest way to vet out any real estate firm is to research prior client experiences. During this process, I have never seen so much positive comments about a real estate office until coming across Silver Crest reality. I contacted Silver Crest reality and met with Shannon and Glen. When I met with Shannon, I was still skeptical and worried about their capabilities and with the whole short sale process. However, after dealing with them, I was immediately impressed with their knowledge after throwing tons of questions at Shannon. Shannon will ensure the smooth handling of the short sale process. Glen is certainly a guru when it comes to the short sale process. As far as Jacqueline, she is a dynamite when it comes to getting things done for she is persistent. Silver Crest reality are truly short sale "subject matter experts". Don't waste your time dealing with a hole in wall, incompetent, uneducated, and unprofessional real estate agent(s) out there for time is crucial when doing a short sale. I am very impressed with their outstanding performance level for they have provided superior customer service. Silver Crest reality truly backed up every word they said and are proven to be truly experts in this arena.
