Over the past five years or so that I've worked with Glenn, he has been an extremely valuable resource to me in my capacity as a real estate investor. He's assisted me with both purchase and rental of investment properties and has made the process simple and easy. I utilized Glenn's expertise to assist me in purchasing a home in September, 2010. Glenn is an awesome realtor. I had a bit of a complicated situation with regard to my real estate purchase. Originally I thought that I was approved for a larger amount than I actually could get due to another mortgage in my name. Glenn had taken me to many, many properties and then had to take me to many more due to the price constraint issue that came up. I am also a bit of a perfectionist, which resulted in Glenn having to be very patient with me while searching for the "perfect" house. He never expressed any frustration with me regarding the difficulties in finding the right home. As far as local knowledge he was amazing. He knew which neighborhoods would appeal to me within my price range and had no problem navigating them while taking me on showings. Glenn also ALWAYS responded to me on the same day that I contacted him for any reason. He is very prompt and courteous. He negotiated a great deal for me with the purchase price by doing his research for comparative sales in the area and contacting the seller's realtor back and forth numerous times to insure that I was getting the best deal that I could for the money. Once the home was finally chosen, Glenn was quite assistive thru the completion of closing, and even afterwards when some questions came up.He helped me find a great home inspector, as well as insurance, etc. While I know that realtor's only make money if there is a sale there were many times that Glenn steered me away from a property that he felt would not be in my interest by pointing out the downsides and being honest with me, even though this caused him to have to take me out on yet another day of showings. I felt that he truly cared about me as a client and a person and am so grateful that I found him! I am completely happy with the property I chose with Glenn's expertise.

"We spent almost nine months looking for a home with Glenn as our agent. He found us many properties that met our search criteria, and Glenn was patient enough to write up half a dozen different offers on properties that we were interested in. When we changed our minds and decided to buy a single-family home rather than a townhome, Glenn revamped our search and found us the perfect home.
