Our first hint should have been when she walked us in to one of our showings, she sat down and started to play bubblebreaker on her phone and told us to look around.
just wanted the commission. terrible experience..she kept pushing us to close at 30k over market value?!?!

This review is written anonymous and I have not closed a home in this zip code this year. I would like to know who you are as I don't have games on my cell phone. Please give me a call as this is the first I heard of this. Also Your mortgage company would not permit you to purchase over market value that would have to be your choice and you would work that out with the mortgage company.
She gets in touch and stays in touch throughout the process. I am purchasing a short sale that is going through fairly quickly (due to close Feb 27th) and Gloria had great insight and instincts.
