Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $975K in Lebanon, NJ.
Glory-Ann helped us find a great house in a great neighborhood. We had an appointment with her to see a couple of houses and in the middle of the viewings based on the feedback we provided, she thought we should go see an additional house that would be a good fit for us. She was right! that's the one we bought after 2 years of looking for houses with a different agent and looking in other neighborhoods.
I also really like the fact that she quickly responds to inquires and she recommended a lawyer and an inspector which were great too that shows her local knowledge is excellent.

Sold a home in 2010.
Glory Ann provided us with excellent service in listing and selling our home. She responded immediately to all potential borrowers and their agents, and to any questions we might have. Her marketing was outstanding as she created a professional marketing flyer which helped sell the house and promoted the home in many outlets.

I met Glory- Ann in February 2012. After reviewing her credentials and then meeting with her I knew I wanted to work with her in my search for a new home. Over 30 years of marriage My husband and I have moved 9 times and lived in five states. Needless to say we have worked with our share of realtors. Glory- Ann is the best I've found.

We have had the pleasure of working with Glory Ann on multiple real estate transactions over the past 12 years. She has assisted us in the sale and purchase of three homes. Glory Ann is by far the most qualified, responsive, persistent and caring real estate agent that we have ever dealt with. Her negotioating skills are second to none. She is attentive, takes care of any concerns in a timely fashion and is easy to deal with. Glory Ann is really the agent that you want to either purchse or sell a home. She will work harder for you than you could ever imagine. There is a reason that she has been number one for so many years!

Glory-Ann's reputation preceeded her! Before I used her, I recommended her to my friends who were having trouble selling their house. They had used two other local agents without any luck, and within a short period of time, Glory-Ann had two offers for them. When it was time for us to sell our house, I called her immediately. Glory-Ann sold two houses for us in New Jersey and was excellent to work with. She is a real pro, is energetic and competitive, and is very knowledgeable about how to market houses effectively. She has an effective and impressive website that draws in lots of potential buyers, and she uses brochures and open houses frequently to help reach people.
I highly recommend Glory-Ann if you want to sell your house quickly, especially in this buyer's market.

She cares more about her listings than you. If she feels she cannot sell your house fast, she will have her sister babysit for Open Houses while cutting back on the advertising.
