I have been selling real estate in the Sevier County region for seven years, having obtained my broker license two years ago. Prior to securing my real estate license six years ago, I spent 30 years working in various financial management positions for two construction companies located in the midwest. While employed, I invested in real estate in this area for ten plus years and learned of the potential of the Smokies area in addition to the hot spots and what works. During my employment I attended college in the evenings and graduated with a B.A. in Accounting and then proceeded to get my CPA in the State of Ohio.
As you can see, not only do I have the real estate knowledge of this area, but I have the drive and education to support that knowledge. I am service oriented as that is the basis of any Accounting position. Satisfying you, my client/customer, is my primary objective. I will treat you as I would want to be treated.

Not only do we know the process and procedure, we are sensitive to the needs and feelings of the home owners.
