After 2 years and four offices offering Elliot Bay and Mt. Ranier views, I now find myself facing the not-so-attractive I-5 corridor in an open space shared by our team. I have lived in Seattle for the past 5 years, currently renting and considering buying a place, most likely a condo or a town home, in about a year's time. I am holding off purchasing immediately as the Seattle market appears to have only stabilized while other markets are reportedly declining. By the end of this summer, I expect to have a better picture.
