Bought a home in 2009.
Goldie is an amazing realtor. I honestly don't think you'll find a better realtor anywhere. She knows the neighborhood and the local market very well. She is always available for answering your questions. She's fun and easy to work with. Most importantly, she is constantly looking out for problems that you should be aware of, and she has your best interests in mind. She even helps you for months after the sale if necessary. My wife and I purchased a home through Goldie two years ago. It was a new construction home, and we were having trouble with the builder finishing some details after we moved in.
