Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $575K in View Ridge, Seattle, WA.
I have had the opportunity to work with Gordon on 2 home purchases over 15 years. I went back to Gordon and RPA because of the excellent service. They know the neighborhoods and process - your needs and interests are expertly handled in a nice, easy-going manner. Any concerns or issues are dealt with quickly and confidently. Highly recommend - I will use RPA and Gordon in particular again.
I tried contacting Gordon and left two different messages and never heard a thing back from Gordon. Severely disappointed.

I don't know who this individual is and never did any business them. Assuredly, we return every call we receive from any prospective client. It's why we pay for advertising on Zillow...to get those calls! I'm sorry this consumer had a bad experience...but it wasn't with me.

SImply put, Gordon is everything you are looking for in a real estate agent: Savvy, knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, and always the smartest guy in the room. There is no one I would rather have represent me in the largest purchases of my life.

Thanks Brian! All we try to do is match the service we get when we shop at Gerk's Ski and Bike!
Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Brier, WA.
We had a 5000 sq. foot commercial space we were looking to lease in the Phinney Ridge area. We were fortunate enough to be referred to Gordon Stephenson by a residential real estate agent who we knew. Gordon came in with the experience, knowledge, connections, and work ethic to see our deal all the way through to receiving our first rent check from our new occupants, Home Street Bank. If you're looking for someone with the complete skill set to put together your commercial deal, Gordon is your guy!
Gordon helped me sell my vacant lot in Seattle. He was very knowledgeable on the industry and knew key players (e.g. spec house developers, appraisers.) He had a keen sense for the metrics of pricing a lot. He was willing to accommodate a pre-existing sales lead of mine even if it didn't generate a commission for him. He proved to be a professional all around.

Ralf, maybe we can even meet in person one day! We did this whole transaction by email and electronic documents...between South America and Seattle. THANK YOU for the review.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $2.375M in Kirkland, WA.
3.5 months ago, Gordon helped me and my husband purchase a waterfront lot in Kirkland. As first-time home buyers, we knew very little about the process and relied on Gordon's expertise throughout, especially because the property we were purchasing was a tear-down. Gordon helped throughout the entire feasibility period, letting us know what work should be done to evaluate the property, reviewing the results, asking follow-up questions about things, and helping us to protect our interests when we discovered the property had contaminated soil due to an unknown oil tank that had not been decommissioned. We saved tens of thousands of dollars on clean-up costs thanks to the way Gordon restructured our contract after we discovered this issue. He was always quick to respond, negotiated the initial offer and follow-up requests with great skill, and ultimately helped us feel confident that we knew what we were purchasing and that we could use the property in the way we wanted to.
More impressive, though, is that more than three months after the sale was complete, Gordon is still ready and willing to go to bat for me and my husband and make sure the sellers fully uphold their end of the contract. He spent months working with me to make certain we received everything we were owed, is advising me on how to proceed with the soil contamination clean-up, and he has been happy to e-mail over references for architects, builders, a list of things to consider for our future house. This is not something that he has to do, and he isn't getting paid more for doing so; he does it because he wants to help us make sure we get everything we are entitled to, and because (I like to think) he sees us as friends as well as clients.
We'll certainly use Gordon in the future for our real estate needs, and would recommend him without hesitation to others looking for a knowledgeable, friendly agent who will put your interests ahead of everything else.

Gordon did an excellent job finding us our dream cabin in the Islands. He is very knowledgeable of the real estate market, works hard for you and is a pleasure to interact with. I give him my highest recommendation.
Bought a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $775K in Madison Park, Seattle, WA.
Gordon has helped my family buy two homes, one in 2012 and one in 2005. In both cases, he did a terrific job. He is extremely responsive (especially to clients who come to him from Zillow), he is very patient (especially with first time buyers, who need the extra help), and he is a great negotiator. In addition to being an agent, he owns and runs his own brokerage, so he's much more experienced than your typical agent. And he is also a property manager and real estate developer so he is able to bring the perspective of a potential homeowner AND property owner (i.e., investor) to each transaction.
I'd highly recommend Gordon.
