Sold a home in 2014.

We contacted Grace in April of 2014, and we closed on a townhouse in Huntington Beach in July. In the interim, Grace and her staff were a great help in zeroing in on a house that fit our needs.

Originally, I contacted Grace because of her good reviews and her focus on Long Beach. I still really like Long Beach, but it became clear that my commute to work would have been much more difficult had we lived there. Still, she was very patient, showing us houses in LB, and then slowly shifting the focus to HB.

Once we put in a bid on the townhouse, we discussed strategy with her a lot. We ended up getting the seller to come down substantially in price, and fix a good number of outstanding issues to boot. Throughout this time, Grace was good at communicating with us. (Part of me still wants to give her five stars on Responsiveness.) There were a couple instances where communication was delayed, causing me some anxiety. Grace is very busy, and this is my only caution to people. Still, in the end, everything worked out very well. We are even happier now with the house we bought then we were after closing on it.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $725K in Whittier, CA.

Grace was very friendly and easy to work with. Bottom line.....we sold our house in 9 days!! Got almost the asking price....in a depressed market. She gave us good advise. We followed it, and WHAM! our house sold very fast!!
