I have a carefully planned 30 item full service plan. This is not something just to show you. Each item on my full service plan is implemented carefully and thoroughly in order to insure that your property's exposure and chances of successful sale are maximized.

Experience: I have 10 years of working experience in Chino Hills as a local realtor and I have completed a large number of transactions throughout the years. In fact, each year my sales volume is between 20 and 30 transactions. Having taken part in so much local real estate activity has made me very familiar with the local market.
Understanding of the local market: I have a very intricate understanding of the Chino Hills real estate market and can make the necessary adjustments for each and every fluctuation in the local market.
Negotiation ability: My ability to work with others and help them compromise is excellent. Even when two parties are experiencing great difficulty, I have always been able to help them work things out.

Every realtor is different in regards to their capabilities and work eithcs. Various realtors also have unique pros and cons. Regardless of what type of selling strategy a realtor uses or how hard they are willing to work, a seller's key concern should be the end result. I sell over 95% of all the listings within the past 5 years and the reason I am able to accomplish that is because I have designed a very detailed and complete system for conducting real estate transactions, maximizing chances of success
In the year of 2007, I have a total of 37 listings. Within my actual listings, with the exception of 3 withdrawals due to personal reasons, I have a completion sales rate of almost 100%.

a. Even though I have an entire team that supports me, I guarantee you that I will be the only one communicating with you and I will be able to answer any questions or concerns that you might have about any aspect of your property and transaction property.
b. In order to maximize the quality of service you are provided, I will always personally conduct open house sessions myself instead of sending an assistant or an intern to do it for me.
c. As a means of quality control and to ensure my clients that I will do exactly as I promised, I give my clients the right to terminate the contract at anytime upon dissatisfaction without any fee or penalty. (Once a buyer is found and a contract is accepted by the seller, termination rights no longer apply.)
