Graham not only showed us the house we were interested in, but he drove us around the prospective neighborhood, pointing out nuances of the area, and gave us the scoop on the culture of Ashland.
Once we returned home, and decided to make an offer on the place, he helped us negotiate a sale price that was within our range and still acceptable to the sellers. Throughout the Escrow period, he was extremely responsive to the multitude of emails we sent him with questions and requests, and even made a visit to the Fire Chief to get an answer about the local fire code for which we had some specific questions.
Since we lived in another state, Graham was very helpful in working with the inspector, advising us on appropriate responses to the report, and arranging for the reinspecrion after the requested work had been completed.

As we were in the market to purchase a Bed and Breakfast in Ashland in 2011, we first contacted Graham as he was the listing agent for some of the Inn's.
My wife Julie first talked to him about the different properties; he was very helpful answering all the questions about the listings. Even more of a benefit to us he was when he put his Innkeeper's cap on (since he owns a beautiful B&B in Ashland); we were able to get our questions answered quickly, including the financial data of the properties we had targeted.
When the first deal fell through, Graham helped us find the Inn we now run; he spent a huge amount of time with us, always willing to above and beyond what can be expected from a real estate agent: calling local banks on our behalf, recommending Health Insurance brokers, Business lawyers, Doctors and dentists, etc...

Graham is very professional and knowledgeable. He is handling a purchase for my husband and I from out-of-state, which seems overwhelming to us at times, but he is perfectly organized. He has arranged inspections for testing the well (flow tests, etc.), septic and the house on our behalf--all his suggestions for these services have been excellent.
