Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175K in Eastown, Grand Rapids, MI.
My wife and I feel Diane Griffin and her team are disorganized and represent their best interest not yours. We had a beautiful home and lost money so she could close and get hers. Wouldnt recommend her or any of her team.She was the listing agent and asked us to sign a blank purchase agreement and she would fill in the numbers later we trusted her and payed 10,000 in closing costs instead of the 5,000 we had agreed on.People showing up unannounced,inspectors showing up unannounced ect.Very unhappy with her and her team!

Diane Griffin's office sold our house for 1% below asking in just 4 days! They were able to sell it in a difficult housing market in a specialty area of Grand Rapids (Heritage Hill). Their office was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. They are hard workers and back up their great reputation with superior service!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Eastown, Grand Rapids, MI.
Diane Griffin and her team made my first time home buying experience a breeze. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, explained every part of the process, and was very considerate of my time. I had a very tight time frame to find a home, close on it, and move. They met my deadline and I can't thank them enough for all of their hard work.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Ottawa Hills, Grand Rapids, MI.
Diane is excellent to work with! She helped us by our home (and is now listing our previous home). She is professional, efficient, and so patient. She answered our endless questions (I called, texted, e-mailed, and she always responded quickly). I have no hesitation about recommending her at all. The house we bought needed some TLC, and for absolutely everything Diane can make excellent recommendations for help (plumbing, construction, mold removal, etc.) Through Diane, we came to know Lisa from Griffin Properties and we hired her to help us design the remodel of our kitchen and bathroom. She is also great! The final results look wonderful and Lisa made it so stress-free.

Every interaction is personal and professional. Not only are we shown homes we are interested in, but are given matter-of-fact details and assistance in making the decision on that home, from mortgage broker recommendation to financial guidance. I trust Diane implicitly in all areas of real estate selling and purchasing and recommend her to anyone I know or anyone who is interested in real estate.
