Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $200K in Fair Oaks, CA.
My husband and I purchased a home from Brenden in 2009. He was always very professional and his knowledge of the area surpassed our expectations. On the day we officially purchased our home, a tree blew over in the front lawn. Brenden contacted our mortgage lender and the two of them replaced our fallen tree, he went the extra mile when it really mattered! I would highly recommend him as a Realtor to anyone.

Bought a home in 2010.
Brenden helped me and my family find a wonderful home in Lincoln and move in before the birth of our second child. The whole transaction was smooth and enjoyable. Brenden is easy to get along with, very helpful, very responsive, and always had our happiness in mind. I HIGHLY recommend him, you will not be disappointed!!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Brenden! Prior to being referred to Brenden, I briefly worked with another agent who was pushing for me to make an offer on the first home I seen. Brenden was the opposite. I truly felt he was looking out for my best interest. He went above and beyond in researching the little things that we tend to forget about while home shopping, i.e., taxes, mello roos, efficiency of the home, future plans of neighborhood growth, etc. He also made himself available to answer questions any time and was present during the signing of my loan docs. Additionaly, Brenden worked closely with the lender to make sure everything was on track to close within 30 days. I highly recommend Brenden Merwin.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Placerville, CA.
Brenden got us into the house of our dreams!!! Before working with Brenden we had several other not so great experiences. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again in the future and highly recommend giving him a call. He works with your schedule, is very expeditious and is always one or two steps ahead in the process. He's well-informed and offers solid advice...no pressure. If you're looking for a friendly, professional, energetic realtor he'll make good things happen!

Bought a home in 2010.
I would highly recommend Brenden and would hire him for my next purchase.
He is very responsive and responsible. I only gave 4 star on Negotiation skills because we did not have to negotiate a price, so I did not see his skill, but I know he excercises his fiduciary duty all the time. Trust is utmost important factor to consider When hiring an agent. Brenden has my trust.

After trying for two years in Los Angeles with 4 different Realtors, we gave up and came to Sac. With one Realtor, we quickly and painlessly bought our house. Brenden Merwin was our Realtor and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a home. Brenden never pressured us to look at any houses that didn't fit our criteria and always had our best interests in mind.
