Her passion is assisting buyers with green home choices whether they decide to buy and remodel an older home to rent, flip or live in, or to buy a brand new Energy Star home offered by our many fine builders here in the Triangle. Energy Star homes and homes retrofitted to green standards save anywhere from 20 to 40% on utility bills, reduce our carbon footprint and fit Meg's personal mission of spreading the word to slow global warming.
