Bought a home in 2011.
Damian has experience working in both real estate sales and with a closing attorney as a title examiner and that expertise shows. We had a title issue that was cofusing and Damian was able to explain the problem and relieve a lot of the worry. The negotiations went just as he said they would and we are very pleased with the price and conditions we got. All in all I would recommend Damian without hesitation.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Somerville, MA.
I was a nervous first time home buyer. Damian was very good at taking me step by step through the process, keeping me informed along the way, and was ready for any questions I had. There are so many things to think about and keep track of--having an experienced agent made me feel a lot better.
