Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $2.0M in Riverside, Riverside, CT.
David Haffenreffer is a very professional and knowledgeable real estate professional. We found him to be very responsive with our many questions and phone calls regarding the sale of our home. He had excellent follow-up when our transaction required it. He seemed to really know our local market and inform us about comparative sales in our area while we were trying to sell our home. David is a real "people person" who has excellent communication skills. David has an easy-going, pleasant personality and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate professional.

David Haffenreffer has represented our family as both buyers and sellers for years. He has always put us, the client, first in negotiations and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home for our family. David is loved in his community and always has the "inside scoop" which has proved to be invaluable. Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Riverside, Riverside, CT.
It was a pleasure working with David Haffenreffer.
He handled both the sale of our old house and purchase of our current one.
David is extremely knowledgeable of the market and easily worked with our family - he always made himself available and effectively worked around our schedule.
As buying or selling a house can be often times be a stressful process, David's professionalism and sensibility made the experience a very positive one.
