Bought a home in 2013.
Greg did an excellent job in helping to find us our perfect home. Being new to Dallas, Greg took the time to show me around town, even pointing out destinations and recommending restaurants; he was a great tour guide! He patiently showed me about 70 homes in the area, while being engaging and professional. Greg immediately responds back by text, phone or email, and consistently kept us up to date throughout our home buying process. I highly recommend Greg Bird from Dallas Family Homes.

Bought a Multi Family home in 2013 in Irving, TX.
Greg, helped us find our new home quickly! He performed very diligently and was very professional and honest. I had dealt with other Realtors in the past and I was extremely happy with his overall punctuality. Greg has been a kind gentleman and had become a trusty-worthy friend throughout the whole process. Whenever any concerns arose, he is quick to solve any issue. I highly recommend him, he truly helped us find our perfect home, with much patience for us. I can't say enough great things in words! Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Southwest Dallas, Dallas, TX.
Greg did a great job negotiating the price down considerably on the new house I just purchased. He was also very patient and consultative during the long purchase process. I would definitely recommend Greg to any buyer!

Bought a home in 2012.
With as stressful as buying a house is, Greg does everything he can to take as much stress out of the process as possible. He is always cool and collected, and managed to calm any concern I had. Because Greg was always so fast with communication, or documents, or requests, I assumed I was his only client, that is how committed he was to me and my first home buying experience.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Forney, TX.
I sent an inquiry about a property and he responded to me immediately. We are first time homebuyers and he walked us through each step of the process. He was more then I expected from a realtor. After meeting with us and getting a feel for what we wanted he found us the house that we invisioned for ourselves. I highly recommend Greg!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Cedar Hill, TX.
Greg is a go getter with a pleasant even-tempered personality. I was surprised how fast he sold my property. And whenever any issue arose that needed attention, he quickly responded. I loved the way he kept me in the loop the entire time. I will definitely use Greg again! I've worked with several realtors over the years to either buy or sell a property and Greg is now my first choice. You will be glad you choose him. His honest, good to work with will get the job done.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated agent... you have just found him. My first contact with Greg Bird was his response to a blind email inquiry on 5/10/2012. I spoke with Greg on 5/11/12, explained we (my daughter, son-in-law, 4-yr old granddaughter and I) were searching for a home to accommodate our melded family and added that I had recently retired, was on a limited fixed income, and my income would be the only qualifying income for the mortgage. I also let him know I had briefly spoken with another agent about ten days before, her mortgage person stated he could pre-qualify me for an $80,000 mortgage provided I paid off my car loan ($12,000) and had approximately $15,000 for the down payment . (That agent stated she would research the available homes and get back with me the next day... but I never heard from her again.)
Not only did Greg find the perfect home for us, he also had the perfect "mortgage man"; after looking at a number of homes, we made an offer on 5/16/12... and closed in record time on our new home on 6/8/12... with a 3.5% down payment, no car loan payoff, and minimum closing costs. And... with a purchase price of $109,000! I think the numbers and the dates above clearly speak for themselves. Greg Bird is a highly qualified, responsible agent who will work hard for you and with you to find the home that is right for you. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone.

Bought a home in 2011.
We meet Greg about 3 months ago. We were only moving about 2 ½ hours up to the Ft Worth area. We found out that he has plenty of patients and knowledge. He can tell you many things about the house as you walk through the property that you as a buyer do not see. The patients he showed for us was we put bids on 3 or 4 home before getting the one we bought and he never gave up on us. It was a trying time for a while but he made it much easier. He found us a great mortgage person to work with. That really helped a lot. Once we found a home it was nice to go back to work and we were able to do everything by e-mail. Made things nice as the only time we needed to travel was to look at the homes as we were house hunting. We were pretty much restricted to the weekend while looking and all we had to do is let Greg know when and he was there. As you go through the process Greg knows the personnel that you will need to get in touch with for the different inspection to get the completed paperwork done. I would and will recommend Greg to anyone that is looking for a home.

Greg is, without a doubt, the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. A consummate professional in both transactions I have had with him.
I work overseas much of the time which could make the whole experience of selling my home that much more stressful because of the inability to handle issues as they came up. It was totally painless with Greg. He handled everything. He stayed in constant contact via email or Skype. When issues arose with the house he made sure there was someone there to solve it (usually himself). When the problems were solved he would send an email or photo to ease my mind. He made the negotiations easy with online forms completions and constant contact. And when the closing came he insured I received wire instructions with all closing documents online so I could wire the closing funds with a prepaid Fedex folder to send the notarized documents. All the while backing up everything both I and he had sent out.
Greg is not only a professional but is also a true gentleman. A calm and very pleasant young man. He was always honest with his opinions so as to represent me knowing full well his suggestions could diminish his commission. I honestly don't think he ever gave it a second thought. He always put my interests first. I totally trust him and that kind of trust from me is extremely rare.
I can't say enough good about Greg. He is truly the best!
