Helped me rent a Single Family home in San Carlos, CA.
Greg was extremely helpful in finding my roommate and I our perfect home in the bay area. We had recently moved out to the area and he found us a place in 2 days! In our initial search process, Greg took the initiative to suggest an area that we had not considered before, and we ended up loving the house that he had suggested to us and the neighborhood. The house definitely had the "wow" factor and was in our budget range - just what we had wanted! He showed us not only the house but also the neighborhood and the park in the neighborhood. Throughout the whole process we felt that he was honest and thorough. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to give us a helpful comparison between the different neighborhoods. Once we made the decision to move forward, we were able to sign the lease in about a day, and he personally came by to pick up the check and deliver it. He is a great agent and we would recommend him to anybody who is looking to purchase or rent a home in the SF bay area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.3M in Redwood City, CA.
Certainly one of the best decisions we made in the entire process was selecting Greg to represent us. Success in this “zany” Bay Area market requires one to have an agent with an acute pulse on current conditions, established relationships, the ability to produce results at a moments notice and willingness to go the extra mile. Greg certainly exemplified and exceeded all these characteristics and proved to be an invaluable asset.
The process of searching, navigating disclosures, submitting offers etc can be a draining and overwhelming process. Greg took the time to understand our needs and desires and we would not have been successful in finding our new home without all his help and expert guidance throughout every stage of the process. I would without a doubt recommend Greg for anyone looking for an agent in Bay Area and he will certainly be my first and only call if/when we are in the market again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Cambrian Park, San Jose, CA.
I recently asked Greg to handle the sale of my home in San Jose. From the minute I asked him to step in and he told me we would shoot for a 30 day close, positive things started to happen. Communication with me, the buyer and the title/escrow parties was regular and crisp. Greg did all the legwork, meeting with the buyers and closing the deal within his predicted 30-day window. During and after the process, positive comments about Greg came from all involved parties - they were volunteered. You can ask them too. Everything about working with him was a dream / piece of cake. I left it to him and it got done... right! Will use him again in a heartbeat.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1.025M in San Carlos, CA.
We had a positive experience with Greg on both the buy and sell side. He communicated well and was prompt and accessible. He marketed our home extremely well in a very limited amount of time, resulting in multiple offers over asking price. On the buy side, we were able to purchase the home we were looking for prior to the first open house. Highly recommend!

Greg Booth is a REAL agent!and a GREAT one! He will listen to your needs and do everything he can to make things happen, Greg always makes sure the process is on track and always is looking out for you as the home buyer. I would recommend Greg to everyone, in fact I only trust him on home buying. He was great at the short sale process, pushing foward everyday. He is quick to respond to calls,emails and all my needs. I feel the because of Greg's hard work ,I have a home now. I will be using his services for my next home and future vacation home as well.

Bought a wonderful house in San Bruno Hillside.
Before getting started on finding the perfect first home, my wife and I did countless days of research in finding the right agent. After the all mighty power of Google, we stumbled upon Greg's Website address www.gvbooth.com. One quick email to Greg and a reply from him with a explanation of what he offers and his methods, my wife and I found our new agent.
My wife and I are the most pickiest in buying anything. Our Criteria the home has to feel right and feel welcoming with a big backyard. Greg understood that and explained once we feel the home is for us, everything will just fall into place. We totally Agree.
Greg has shown us every home we have asked to see. Whether it was a home that looked only good from the outside but inside was a work in progress or a home that is only worth land value. (Greg if you read this you know which home this is!!).
His response rate is great!..We communicated via email, texting, phone calls on a 5-10 times daily basis based on what we needed to cover.
His Guidance on what to expect and what not is what we totally admire. His honesty is what takes the cake, no frills.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $1.025M in Redwood City, CA.
My wife ran into Greg during an open house and was impressed with his professionalism. We engaged him a year later based on that experience for the purchase of our home in Redwood City. He was very responsive to our questions, very knowledgable about the real estate market, and a very good negotiator. He helped us closed the transaction in a fairly short time (compared to market average), and we are very glad that we chose the right real estate broker. Right now we are living in our wonderful new home and having a great time enjoying it. We highly recommend Greg to anyone who wants to deal with someone in real estate who is down to earth, posssses good business sense, personable and most importantly professional.

Sold a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $650K in Sawtelle, Los Angeles, CA.
Greg helped me both with the sale of vacant land and the purchase of a home in Los Angeles. The property sale was complex and emotional. Greg helped me through every step of the process, understanding and negotiating difficult family situations. After being warned to go with a local agent, I decided to stay with Greg as I purchased a home in Los Angeles. He was very hands-on through the process with distance serving as no obstacle to securing my home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Mariners Island, San Mateo, CA.
As first time home buyers, we lacked the experience and knowledge in how to go about searching for real estate. My father-in-law had met Greg at an Open House and was very impressed with his professionalism. We fell in love with a short-sale home, and Greg helped us get the house of our dreams. Although the process took a while (as any short-sale home would), Greg made the experience incredibly easy and painless. He is responsive, and great with communication. He helped us stand our ground with a tough transaction, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Greg Booth as your agent.
One of the best decisions my husband and I made was to use Greg Booth as our realtor. His professionalism, honesty, empathy, and thorough knowledge of the entire purchase process were a huge factor in helping us become homeowners!
It took us almost a year to find the right property that met our needs and during this period Greg had dedicated many hours of time showing us properties based on our search criteria (which changed quite a few times!) answering questions and providing us with enough information to make educated decisions. I was always so impressed with his patience, attention to details and his prompt follow up. His great sense of humor also made it fun!
