When a small problem appeared at closing (not Greg's fault), we called him from the settlement office, and Greg fixed everything. In short, use Greg if you want a true professional in your corner. I really enjoyed working with Mr. Darlin. His experience, knowledge, style, and professionalism were the best I have ever experienced. Not only was his deal excellent and fair, his attention, availability, and responsiveness was unprecedented. I would certainly recommend him and Choice Finance to anyone considering a mortgage or re-finance. You will be in good hands with Greg!

Knowledgebale, responsive, honest to a fault, willing to go the extra mile for you. All characteristics that Greg posseses. Knowledgeable on all lending products and rates. Spent a fair amount of time explaining each. Was uber-responsive to my inquiries throughout the process. Honest in that he advised me into products that fit my specific needs to the detriment of his pocket. No material changes in intial quote throughout the process and no suprises at settlement (other than us getting more money back than quoted). Closed on a fantastic rate for a 30yr fixed. Put him in the rolodex, he's a keeper.

I was extremely uneasy with the idea of getting a loan over the Internet, but I always got a sense I could do better than my pal who got me the last 5 loans I've had. My plan was to see what I could do and get my trusted lender to match it, but with Greg's pricing there was no way he could. His head was spinning just trying to figure out how Greg's deal was even possible. Greg turns out to be located just a few miles from my house and well versed in local lending practices. I have met him in person and yes, he is real and the office is in a pretty nice office building. Yesterday we closed and of course there were lots of last minute corrections and underwriters asking me the same questions 5 times, but Greg did as much of that legwork as he could. We went from application to closing in 24 days on an FHA streamline. Don't let the name fool you, there's lots of papers! Just wanted to update one last time, as I logged into my old mortgage and saw a $0 balance. This is as closed as closed can be, and Greg worked with me even after closing to get a typo on my Deed of Trust resolved. Thanks Greg!

Greg was extremely fast in giving me the professional, detailed quotes. He treated me with respect and professionalism. Too bad that he does not do loans in California. Otherwise I will definitely using his service.

We recently refinaced the loan on our residence. Greg did a great job. He was very careful and dedicated to helping us to get the best mortgage rate available at the time from a reputable and dependable lender. I found Greg on Zillow, but was initially uneasy about doing business online when it comes to something like a house. I was completing a VA refi, made even more complicated by all the new rules that have been implemented since the housing crisis. Even with all these issues, Greg was accessable and made the process very easy. I never actually met him throughout the entire process, over 3 months, but it felt as if we were old friends doing business together. On an inter-personal level, working with him was a pleasure.

Lets talk costs, that is the real bottom line for most people. He got me out the door with the best rate, no points, and lowest closing costs. I checked with over 5 other lenders, plus my two military credit unions. So if cost is your driver, then he is your man. Putting all these components together, it is a no brainer to at least check with him on rates. If he has the best rates, go with him because he also has the customer service focus.

Greg was very helpful in determining the value of my home - even though it meant that I decided not to go through with the loan for the time being. I really appreciate an honest opinion and honest help. I'll definitely be back when the circumstances are more favorable.

Greg is very knowledgeable person in the mortgage business. He is easily accessible and he was very responsive to my queries. I recommend to anyone who would like to do refi or initiate a new loan. In fact, I have already recommended 3 of my friends. Although I am still in the process of closing the loan, I trust Greg will close the loan as expected and I think he is one of the hard to find guy in mortgage industry that you can rely him
