Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Santa Cruz, CA.
Anyone who has lived for a long time ( more than 20 years) in the same place knows what a traumatic experience it is to move from one state to another especially for seniors. I and my wife were thinking that it’s so difficult or even impossible for us to move from Massachusetts to California And we were so lucky to met real estate broker Greg Flowers. He worked so hard, he was looking at our options, our budget and found the best choice for us. It was a very complicated matter because we lived so far away from California and Greg managed to get all details just right. There was a comfort zone to his personality, he was so very attentive and helpful in every aspect. Everything that Greg Flowers said he would do was done. He has been a great help especially when things were not going as expected. He is really knowledgeable in the real estate business and a great professional. We appreciated very much on his efficient work to help us. If you are looking for realtor - call Greg ,he is the best. Boris and OlgaMoreLess
