I used Greg Goumas as my buying agent. Due to his knowledge in the market and negotiation skills I was able to pay only 3.5% more than the ask price, although according to Zillow in my area (Belmont, CA) the typical additional pay is closer to 10%. Thus, Greg saved me a lot of money. I would work any time again with him.

I used Greg Goumas as my buying agent. We connected, but it did not work out.

promised he could reduce my property taxes. Collected a whole lot of info and I never heard from him about my taxes again. But I did start receiving a lot of marketing materi fr him.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $3.65M in Esther Clark Park, Palo Alto, CA.
