Bought a home in 2012.
Greg is the best agent we have ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable and did in-depth research and analysis for us so that we were able to make well infomed decision. He is very good with houses and most importantly he is someone who doesn't simply want to close a deal only. He actually advised us to run away from two houses that had potential water issues which were not obvious on the disclosures. He answered all of our questions with respect and patience. Professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Does what he says he's going to do - and then some! Great to work with. He got us a property tax reduction and assisted us in making some decisions about what to do with a vacation home.

Showed home in 2010 in College Heights, Burlingame, CA 94010.
We contacted Greg to help get our tax assessment reduced. We bought our home in 2006 at the height of the market. We tried unsuccessfully to get the assessors office to address the problem; nevertheless, we got just a curt 'no' to our application despite having spent a great deal of time gathering comparable current house prices for them to review.
