    Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $2.125M in Los Altos, CA.
    Gregg was very knowledgable and accommodating through the whole process of selling our home of 43 years in Los Altos. He was helpful in recommending upgrades and was able to suggest experts to help us if needed. The resulting sale only took a few weeks after being listed with a sale price much higher than we had expected. In addition, Gregg was able to negociate a very advantages escrow period for us, so we were able to remian in our home until our new house was ready.     Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $2.825M in San Carlos, CA.
    I have done many real estate transaction in my time and I would have to rate Greg as the best I have ever worked with. Too many agents will just tell you want you want to hear, usually - "yes it is worth that much", only to come back two weeks later to tell you it's time to adjust the price as market conditions have changed. They just want your listing and don't care what lies they have to tell to get it.

    Greg is not that agent. He understands well what the realities of the market are and will come to you with a realistic price and then ensure that you do get the high end of the range. A lot of the little tests I put out to him he passed with flying colors. From adjusting the length of my contract with him, to adjusting commission rates, he did not push back at all as they where reasonable requests. They where signs of sincerity and commitment and that is what Greg is about.

    I wish I had more properties to list with him.
