Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $2.475M in Half Moon Bay, CA.

Having bought a house in another city through Redfin (and having a good experience), I was at first hesitant to go the agent route in the Bay Area. It wasn't long before I realized that the extremely fast paced and nuanced market in the San Francisco area not only made an agent helpful, it was essential. Furthermore, it shouldn't be understated how important having a responsive, knowledgable, and savvy agent in this market is if you intend to get into you the home of your dreams. For us, Greg Goumas fit all of those areas and helped us get into our little farm by the coast. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $2.175M in Los Altos, CA.

I rarely write reviews, but Greg deserves one. I was selling my house in Los Altos, so I interviewed 5 realtors. They all seemed competent, but Greg gave me his full attention in a very professional manner. He answered my questions sensibly and throughly. He made suggestions and had a business plan to sell my house. So I went with Greg. Greg did everything that he said that he was going to do and did it in a timely manner. We agreed on a financial number to prepare the house and to stage it. The people he has working with him were all professional and fast. And he came in under budget. We received multiple offers and invited the top 5 bidders to rebid. I got more money than expected. My opinion is it would have been my mistake not to have gone with Greg.  More Less
