Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $300K in North Central, San Mateo, CA.
With the help of Heather I purchased a condo at Woodlake in San Mateo 8 years ago. When it was time to sell I immediately contacted her. Heather, along with Greg, were super attentive to my needs and were able to sell my unit within 30 days in an extremely down market. I got a good price and had to do very little. Heather arranged for everything--from carpet replacement (at a fantastic price) to cleaning (also very inexpensive). My experience was extremely positive and I would not hesitate to recommend the Damelios to anyone looking for a positive, well-organized, effective team.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $1.625M in Baywood Knolls, San Mateo, CA.
We used Heather and Greg Damelio for the sale of our prior house and purchase of our new house in the Aragon neighborhood of San Mateo in 2009. They are a great team, each bringing a different set of skills to the table. They put a lot of effort into staging, listing and marketing our house, and successfully sold our house within a relatively short time frame, even with the difficult market in 2009. They did all the legwork and really made the selling process a breeze. They found us a great house in our ideal neighborhood (off the market) and helped us negotiate a deal that we were pleased with. Most impressively, their work didn't end there. They helped us out tremendously after closing in getting the house ready to move into. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Heather and Greg Damelio to other buyers and sellers in the area.

We selected Greg and Heather Damelio, and we were delighted with our choice. They were professional, enthusiastic, knowledgable, and attentive to detail throughout all aspects of the process, including pricing, staging, marketing, negotiating, and closing of the sale. Thanks to their efforts, we sold our house the day after it listed, and for more than our asking price, even in the difficult market of 2010.

Greg and Heather did an amazing job in both selling our old house and buying our new one. They have a complement of skills between the two of them which exponentially increases their value to the process and makes you feel like you have the power of two brokers versus one. In addition, both are experts on the neighborhoods of San Mateo, Burlingame and Hillsborough which is key and they will do whatever it takes to get you the home you are looking for and so I would highly recommended them.

Bought a home in 2009.
We worked with Greg in purchasing our first home. I cannot imagine what the process would have been like without his help. He immediately understood what we were looking for, found us something even better than we had imagined we could get, was very available through all the negotiation and escrow process, and even helped us do some updates to the house after closing. There is no way we would use anyone else if/when we sell or buy again.

Greg and Heather are tops - we'd use them again without hesitation. They are experts in the Aragon neighborhood and helped us fairly price the home, market it creatively by focusing on unique benefits such as solar power, and secured us multiple offers over asking price. We sold in a week!
We interviewed several Realtors in the San Mateo area, but none of the others had the complete package of services that Heather and Greg provide.
Those services include a strong website, a good photographer, a home stager, a landscaper, a good virtual tour provider, and most importantly an intimate knowledge of the area. The Damelio Group used all of those services to prepare our house to be listed in the market. They literarily did all of the work because we had already moved out of the area.
Our home received several offers and sold to the most qualified buyer within one month.
