My Professional Philosophy

My philosophy is simple-- I want my clients to be happy!  I go above and beyond the norm, helping people buy and sell by giving them the best service while adhering to the highest level of ethical standards.  Through my experience and ongoing professional training, I have the expertise and tools to help you sell or purchase a home; for the best possible price, in the shortest amount of time, with the least inconvenience to you. My ultimate commitment is to guide you through a positive real estate experience.


Educating My Clients

Informed clients make informed decisions.  Therefore, I strive to provide my clients with all the information possible so that they can make informed decisions. I begin by going through an A to Z process of buying or selling real estate. I teach clients the steps of the process, explaining each contract to them, and answering any questions they might have.  During the actual buying or selling process, I continue to educate my clients while helping them with important information about a potential property or area.  For example, I will call local vendors to get bids on a new roof, check with a school district about any boundary changes, or personally view comparable properties to accurately price a home or verify the price before they enter a real estate agreement.  I am committed to do what it takes to keep my clients informed.


I Am Always There

I believe people are more important than houses; which is why I often call to check in with my clients, answer any of their questions concerning the current real estate market, and make myself available to them whenever I'm needed. My clients appreciate my straightforward approach and respect for their interests.  I ease and guide my clients through the real estate process and transform a blind "leap of faith" to a "step of faith".  In the end, my hope is that I not only helped my clients in all aspects of buying or selling a home, but I created a lasting relationship.


Area of Expertise

As a former school teacher, I also have a lot to offer clients who are looking for a great school district for their children.  I still have very strong ties to several schools, administrators, and district personnel.  I am involved as a volunteer in my former school and speak with teachers and parents on a regular basis.  I believe my experience as a teacher has given me a good perspective on what makes a school and a community thrive. I look to pass my experience and knowledge of schools and communities on to my clients to help them make more informed decisions.

Attentiveness- I will listen to your needs and do all I can to fulfill them. The real estate process is all about the client, and I pledge to try to meet my clients' needs at all times.

Consistency- Many claim to provide these services, but the secret is to provide them consistently day in and day out. In other words, I will not fail the people who have placed their trust in me.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $450K in Portland, OR.

As new-comers to Oregon and also this being our first home-purchase we were referred to the perfect agent to help us in Greg. He impressed us from the get-go. He was diligent and hardworking toward our goal of finding our perfect home, but was also patient to help us thru every step. Always approachable day & night to answer any concern or to speak up with a concern or tip that would help us through the process.
