Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Cornelius, NC.
Greg is an AWESOME real estate agent! My husband and I relocated from Arlington, VA to Cornelius, NC and bought a newly constructed home. Every step of the way we knew Greg was on our side. He took the time to learn what our needs were, he was meticulous and thoughtful. Relocating from one state to another can be very challenging, but Greg made it a very easy process for us. Greg took the time to do our walk-through and our home inspection in our absence. I would not hesitate to recommend Greg as an agent to close friends and family. Greg Moran is not only our real estate agent, but we would now call him a friend. He made the home buying process stress-free and fun.

Greg has served as buyer's agent on two houses for us, listing agent for one house, and provided property management services on two houses. Throughout our experiences with Greg he has been very professional, respectful, and patient. Wow Greg is not only a great guy, but he is also a excellent realtor! He was very patient and took the time to really get to know me and my likes/dislikes so that he could really help find me the perfect home! He would not let me just "settle" for a home that I liked just OK. He encouraged me to hang in there and wait to pull the trigger once I found something I was "Wowed" by and after many outings we found it!:) He is a man that truely has his client's best interest at heart. I recommend him to everyone I know that is looking to purchase a home. You will not find a better realtor out there!

Greg took the time to get to know us and understand our expectations, which was a tremendous help when looking for the right neighborhood and house for our growing family. He had great intuition when we had no idea what we wanted. Every offer we wanted to put down on a house was researched thoroughly (area, prices, builders, etc.) with in depth feedback. We never felt rushed or pressured as we spent hours and hours looking at potential sales.

I had a very pleasant experience with Greg. I was a first time home buyer that was very nervous and excited all at once. Greg really takes his time to listen. He is a very patient agent which is a great quality when you are so on edge and want the perfect home.
