My wife and I were first-time home buyers and knew very little about the details of home buying outside of interest rates and checking the condition of the property. Greg provided lot maps of Sudden Valley that helped us locate and check out available properties. Once we targeted some specific homes which we were interested in, Greg was extremely flexible with his time in meeting with us at the properties to do walk-throughs. Never pushy, yet always there with an answer when called upon, Greg embodied exactly what we were hoping for and needed in an agent.
When we decided to get serious about one particular property, Greg put us in touch with an absolutely wonderful financing expert along with an equally professional certified home inspector. Throughout the rest of our buying experience we felt as if we had our very own personal team of advisers and administrative assistants! After meeting with us and exchanging ideas, Greg handled all the negotiations and had any necessary paperwork ready and processed within hours. We were able to find common ground with the seller on many more expenses than we had originally expected, thanks to Greg's professional yet very personal demeanor and his unique knowledge of the community. Showed home in 2009 in Roosevelt, Bellingham, WA 98229.Summary:
We have worked with a lot of realtors in the past, selling and buying, and Greg has been the best realtor. We had our home on the market for 2 1/2 years in another area. During that time, when we called about a home that just came on the market he was always available to show it to us. Greg was very patient and gave us space while touring the homes, and when asked, he gave his opinion and was never pushy. We finally sold our home and Greg showed us three times the home that we finally bought. He was professional in writing up the offer and gave us very good advice and referrals for inspectors and contractors. From the first meeting Greg was very prepared and had a very clear and extensive plan on how he was going to market the house and track the agents who came in to show it to their clients. He was very realistic when it came to deciding the listing price and when it was time to make an adjustment. He has extensive knowledge of the market for properties in Sudden Valley so knew what to emphasize in terms of the key selling points of the house.
