Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Bellingham, WA.Summary:
From the first meeting Greg was very prepared and had a very clear and extensive plan on how he was going to market the house and track the agents who came in to show it to their clients. He was very realistic when it came to deciding the listing price and when it was time to make an adjustment. He has extensive knowledge of the market for properties in Sudden Valley so knew what to emphasize in terms of the key selling points of the house. He was also the voice of reason when it came to negotiating with potential buyers and gave the best advice on how to handle the offers.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425k in Bellingham, WA.Summary:
I cannot recommend Greg Paul highly enough. He worked incredibly hard for us during the purchase of our home. He was always available and made sure that every last detail was handled. There was never any doubt that he was working for US and not the seller. Perhaps Greg's strongest asset is his integrity. I have worked with many realtors over the years with varying levels of integrity, and it was refreshing to know that Greg's was beyond reproach.…More Less

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $150k in Bellingham, WA.Summary:
Greg did a great job helping me find a place in the Valley. Being a first-time homebuyer, I had a number of questions and Greg was more than willing to provide me with the answers. He added value by providing me with referrals for home inspection, title transfer and mortgage companies. Greg was also the listing agent and I believe he did a good job mediating a positive outcome for both myself and seller. I hope to do business with Greg again in the future and will be recommending him to friends and family.…More Less

About Greg Paul
Add personality to your profile! Tell the community about yourself, your home, and your profession.
My name is Greg Paul, and I’ve been involved in residential real estate sales and development since 1988. My background also includes managing a privately owned, 18-hole championship golf facility. The experience of operating a semi-private golf program has added greatly to my business and people skills. It also greatly enhanced my network of friends and business associates – which has benefited my real estate business a great deal. I enjoy serving both buyers and sellers, as my business is nearly split 50/50. I also enjoy real estate investment personally. I’ve dabbled in residential vacant land, and have even built homes.
In the summer of 2007 I decided that it was getting too difficult to manage and properly serve a golf program, while at the same time continue serving my growing client base in the real estate. As if April 1, 2008 I retired from the golf business, and have devoted 100% of my energy to real estate.
My family calls the lakeside and golf course community of Sudden Valley home. Sudden Valley is a recreational community that has approximately 3,400 properties. The original developer, The Sanwich Corporation, is long gone. All property sales are re-sale now. However, nearly 800 vacant lots remain in the community, which makes Sudden Valley a very interesting, enticing place for me. I’ve got golf, Lake Whatcom, other recreational amenities, a vast selection of homes and condominiums, and future development opportunities right in my back yard.
