A good question? I was a professional for many years, student that is ... just ask my fraternity brothers from Arizona State University. I am a Sigma Chi. But that is a story for another day, a far far away day. I have lived in Sedona for over 22 years and built relationships in all areas, business and personal. They are valuable benefits to those who work with me, because I respect and cherish my bonds. A large base of friendships have developed over the years, giving me a large pool of people to draw from when it comes to helping others - thus the resource part comes into play. I owned a restaurant in the Village of Oak Creek for 13 years, and if there's one good way to entrench yourself in a community .... own a restaurant and bar!! (ask a local about the Wild Toucan in VOC).
Why Work With Me?:
It is a blessing to have lived in Sedona this long without being asked to leave town!! I coached soccer, softball, and basketball for many years while my own daughter still listened to me. I was at a fund raiser a few weeks ago, for one of the local kids with medical problems, and many of the "kids" I coached or knew from my daughter's days at school, were there. And most were seniors in college ........ that's a wake up call :) Those were some nice hugs, these were kids that defined me. I also maintained a line item on the budget for the Humane Society (and still do what I can to aid in animal rescue). Even dabbled in local politics by being on the board of directors for the Chamber of Commerce, and the safety committee for the town. I do my job, I am proud of the person I am, and I have many contacts that enjoy working with me .... therefore, getting the best options for my clients. I have a great portfolio of honest and ethical contractors, mortgage lenders, tradespeople, service providers, etc etc to draw from ... and it helps when you're new to town. Lets face it, it is always about the relationships - my dad did more with handshakes than contracts!!! That is how I believe business should be done ... on my word. I love what I do and I do it with passion.
