Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $775K in La Mesa, CA.

I cannot say enough great things about Gregg Whitney. He has guided us through two real estate transactions...the most recent one our house in La Mesa that he sold and closed in 14 days! He is a knowledgeable and highly experienced realtor who has extensive contacts with lenders, other realtors, title companies, etc. which proves to be very helpful. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $1.1M in La Jolla, La Jolla, CA.

I have never written a review for a service or product but felt compelled to endorse Gregg. He, along with Mary, truly provided us with exemplary service with regards to both our purchase of a property in La Jolla, and selling of our previous house in Mount Helix.

I am very critical of most real estate professionals (being politically correct); however, Gregg does not fit the mold by any means. He is a pleasure to work with, immediately responsive, a strong and creative negotiator, understands the market and has excellent business acumen – Everything you would expect from any agent. What sets him apart (other than being good), is he truly went the beyond just the deal and did whatever was needed during or after our close to facilitate our move. In our case this has included a number of items, but primarily related to remodeling and scheduling repairs during the purchase process.

Currently we are doing a large remodel of new house. In meeting with our general contractor, he asked “Why is your real estate agent involved still at this point? My response and knowing what he was asking indirectly: “He is truly one of a kind. He is a good guy. Our deal is closed, but he is still helping us, and with absolutely no financial interest”.

There is value and added value working with Gregg. I strongly recommend engaging him for any real estate transaction.

Furthermore, I read all of the other reviews he received on Zillow, noting he only received 5-star ratings. Normally seeing something like this I would question their validity; however, I believe each was honest and reflective of our experience with Gregg,
