Sold a home in 2014.

Contrary to popular belief, homes in San Francisco don’t sell themselves. So there’s nothing more valuable than having a realtor in your corner who is intimately familiar with the market; who works tirelessly on your behalf; and who you can trust has your interests as the seller as their only agenda. I was fortunate when I recently sold my property to have Gregg Lynn as my realtor, as he exemplified all three of these key qualities. From the initial consultation, Gregg demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the market and the sales record to back up his opinions and track record. He and his team took care of all of the details to ensure my property showed in the best possible light, and never once did I hesitate to follow their recommendations. In the end, my property sold for a great price in a competitive market, and in spite of having a construction site directly across that street that certainly was not a selling point. Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $2.925M in Russian Hill, San Francisco, CA.

Gregg Lynn sold my condo in less than 10 days. It went for over asking. He simply understands the art of selling. How to create momentum and urgency in buyers. I went along with all his recommendations in terms of painting, replacing floors, staging etc. It paid off. The speed he works at is impressive. I will not say the mundane "I recommend him highly etc". I will tell you that he will sell your property and get you the BEST price but you have to follow his recommendations faithfully.
