Gregorio did a refinance for us in under a month, without an appraisal and we didn't pay anything for it. We will be saving over $500 a month and just in time for Christmas and I cannot tell you how grateful we are. Gregorio answers almost immediately when you have a question and we really didn't have to do anything but sit and wait for him to tell us it was all done. When he said it was done I actually didn't believe him until we went and signed the papers. With all the news about the corruption in loans I think we really got lucky. This was easily one of the bright spots in our year.

After interviewing several brokers and my credit union I decided to work with Gregorio because he knows what he is talking about. Within five minutes of speaking to him I knew that he was the right person to handle my unique situation. I got many answers to my questions, but ultimately only one correct one and it came from Gregorio. All I can say is that I'm glad I asked the right questions before I started because had I not done so I could have ended up with someone else that would have cost me a fortune. Gregorio is the real deal.

Gregorio was a joy to work with on our purchase. He was always available to calm our nerves when issues came up, and there were many. From an appraisal that didn't make sense to an endless supply of documents, he always assured us that it was not a problem and we would close as planned. We ended up closing 5 days early and $500 under budget so we are forever grateful for making our buying experience a successful one.

I totally agree with the previous statements. I work 11-7pm and it's nice to come home to updates on progress and I can send an email or call and get an immediate answer to a question. The level of service is impressive.

Everything went as planned and when it didn't Greg was on top of it. Greg gives constant updates and the level of cimmunication is very good. I will feel good about referring him to friends.
