I found Gregg on Zillow before I asked for a quote. I was with a broker and was not getting very far with things. I saw the ratings here and thought I would call. I immediately knew that I would be better off switching even if it cost me a few dollars. Gregg was hesitant to take my business at first from another broker and that just made me want to switch even more. He managed to get the appraisal and everything switched over and it was smooth sailing after that. The previous reviews are dead on, he will answer your emails extremely fast and deliver on what he promises.

Gregorio was by far the most responsive person in dealing with our house purchase. Emails always returned prompltly (even at strange hours) with well though out responses. Did an excellent job closing our loan on time, with an accurate GFE. He stayed on top of everything so it just happened.

I never expected to receive 71 responses so I called the ones that had high ratings and low rates. One of the people I called seemed annoyed that I called them on a weekend and that I was not ready to give them my social security number. Georgio was very informative and there was no pressure at all. I got an estimate in around 30 minutes without having to give my social security number and I am very impressed.

Freakishly fast response times, excellent knowledge with competitive rates made me decide to work with Greg. I had to switch late in the game from the last guy who was d*cking me around. I ended up with a better rate by switching and someone I feel I can trust. Not bad.

I was very pleased with Gregorio's efforts. He was able to actually lock a lower rate, and his fees were very reasonable. All business transactions were handled efficiently, and I was kept informed of progress throughout the loan process. There were no surprises at closing, and the whole process was painless and transparent.
